The 4th Annual Ventura County Police K9 Trial was held on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th. The event was held at Camarillo High School, which seems to be an almost perfect venue. This year we had 38 K9 teams compete from as far north as Alameda County and as far south as Baja California. Even though the turn out wasn't as high as in years past, we are very grateful to those agencies who were able to send their K9 teams. This event offers great training for those teams that attend and it also enables the K9 teams to network with other K9 Units throughout the state. We would like to thank all of those K9 teams that competed and we would also like to thank the sponsors for the event. |
